High-Performance Collaborative Robot
The DUCO GCR5-910 is a six-axis collaborative robot designed for flexible automation, combining a 5 kg rated payload with a 917 mm effective working radius. Its compact arm supports high-duty cycle tasks while maintaining ±0.02 mm repeatability, helping manufacturers achieve stable quality in precise handling and assembly operations.
Precision Motion and Integration
With a maximum end speed of 3.6 m/s, maximum linear speed of 1.5 m/s, and six joints providing ±360° motion, the GCR5-910 adapts easily to complex trajectories. It supports TCP/IP, Modbus/TCP, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP communication, offers IP54/IP65 protection options, and can be mounted in any orientation for convenient workstation integration.
Flexible Application Scenarios
The cobot is suitable for machine tending, welding, gluing, inspection, assembly, sorting, and screw fastening applications. It can quickly switch production modes, making it a strong fit for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing in automotive, 3C electronics, semiconductor, new energy, machining, medical, food, and education environments.
Controller and Operating Advantages
The package works with the DC15S controller and a 10.4-inch capacitive touch teach pendant. Typical power consumption is approximately 200 W, while the controller provides industrial I/O and communication interfaces. The result is an efficient, space-saving collaborative automation platform that improves productivity, supports safe human-robot collaboration, and reduces deployment complexity.
